Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be canceled from the billing portal before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future charges while access continues through the current paid period unless law requires otherwise.
One-time readings
Because readings are delivered digital content, purchases are generally final after delivery. We will review duplicate charges, failed delivery and content that remains technically inaccessible after reasonable troubleshooting.
Refund review
Contact info@avenyora.com within 14 days with the account email and order reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Payment safety
Never send full payment-card details by email. Checkout is hosted by Square, our primary payment processor, so payment-card details are not stored by Avenyora. If another supported processor is enabled later, the checkout page will identify it before payment.
